Summary

The Salesforce CRM Administrator plays a vital role for our client. The ideal candidate will help continually improve and enhance their CRM platform, gather requirements and feedback and design best practice solutions. The CRM user experience is of great importance to our client. Therefore, the Salesforce CRM Administrator will employ all aspects of user management, including support, training, and designing solutions to maximise user satisfaction.

The Role

Daily CRM administration

  • Be the system administrator for the Salesforce environment (Sales and Service Cloud, Field Service Application, Pardot) for 200 users divided in over 20 countries
  • Understand and fix daily user issues
  • Provide expert support to key stakeholders
  • Ensure trouble-free communication between the CRM and other IT systems, especially ERP and Document management systems
  • Support business in building and maintaining data in the CRM
  • Maintain CRM documentation

Continuous CRM improvement

  • Drive Salesforce configuration changes, including Workflow, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, and mobile administration
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify new requirements, plan new releases and develop associated training materials
  • Coordinate relations with external IT service providers

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or similar
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles; experience in an international B2B company is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce CRM data model and its configuration
  • Advanced knowledge of SOQL and APEX
  • Experience in training users and creating documentation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work on multiple priorities
  • Fluency in English; Fluency in Italian is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding business processes and translating them into technical solutions
